We have built an exceptional team to work with those who access The Glynn Living services by investing heavily in training and development. Under the registered manager Jake Thompson, all staff are recruited for the values they hold, receive a comprehensive induction and training programme to ensure they have the skills and qualities required.

- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Dementia
- Drug and Alcohol Misuse
- Mood Disorders
- Mental Illness

Here at The Glynn Living, promoting equal opportunities, dignity and respect are essential to the care provided. In order to provide support and enable individuals to live their best life, the service uses a Supported Living Model to support each individual to develop their independent living skills and achieve their goals and aspirations in a comfortable and safe environment. This offers a rehabilitation pathway for those in a secure setting looking for a safe first step back into the community.
Our service focuses on continuing practising life skills and coping strategies and developing in conjunction with a community-based MDT, staying well and relapse prevention plans. We specialise in engaging those who reside at The Glynn Living to partake in community-based activities, using public transport, education, and vocational skills. Enabling people to seek voluntary and paid employment where possible and supporting people to feel they are at the heart of their local community.
